Following my own experience of bowel cancer, when I was diagnosed at aged just 29, I am keen to raise awareness, with both the general public and GP’s, about the disease, symptoms and treatment options. The idea is that the "Up Yer Bum" team offer a variety of events that offer a fun way to raise awareness and to provide entertainment in the process as well as information portals for patients and carers.
